Job Description: Pharmacist In Charge – PIC (TN)

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

Requirements:

Must maintain a current pharmacy license for applicable states
RPh or PharmD
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Minimum of 3 years Pharmacist experience
Minimum of 2 years Pharmacy management experience

The pharmacy operating efficiently and optimally while remaining passionate about daily responsibilities and the company’s purpose
Monthly budgets are on target consistently
The pharmacy operates in compliance with all state, federal, and company rules and regulations.
The team consistently provides ideal clinical patient care and safety.
Attend Dermatologist-focused training with practicing dermatologists present at least once annually and as needed to remain updated on current practices.
Continually learns from current best practices.
